Our Free Delivery offer is currently available on all orders over AU$50. Socks Dealer reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.

Orders under AU$50 there will be a freight charge from $1.50, regardless of how many items you order.

Returns

Socks Dealer will gladly accept returns for all faulty items within 30 days of receipt provided items are accompanied with proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card or other payment receipt). Socks Dealer provides two options for returns:

  • Replacement
  • Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal etc)

If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund. Once your goods have been received by Socks Dealer please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed and returned to your account. We will not reimburse the original shipping charges.
